"Besties" is a two-part Channel News Asia documentary exploring the growing use of AI companion chatbots. As part of this social experiment, we followed four participants over two weeks as they developed relationships with their AI companions, culminating in a 3D2N staycation in Sentosa.
As Assistant Producer, I managed production logistics and coordination, including talent and location management, scheduling and on-set operations. I contributed to the story development through research, pre-interviews, and scripting, while supporting filming through second-camera work and broader production assistance.
